I dealt with a difficult and recurring furnace situation this winter. Arctic Refrigeration came out several times to attempt to fix the issue. Every time, they were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable and ultimately fixed the complicated problem. They did right by me when it would have been easy to take advantage of my lemon furnace.
